I was in the shower this weekend and thought to myself, “Why can’t I just make bathing suits for myself?” I guess I should have known better. I don’t know how many times I have heard this question “Should I paint my newly painted house?” in the past couple months.
First off, a new house is not a new house. You may be painting or repainting an existing house, but you are not creating a new house. The only time you could be creating a new house is when you moved into your new house.
