I am a firm believer in the three levels of self awareness. The first level is the cognitive level and this refers to all of the thoughts and ways in which you think of yourself, your past, and your future. The second level is the momentary level and this refers to the present and immediate thoughts you have about yourself. The third level is the non-conscious level and this refers to all of the thoughts you have while you are awake, but not in your thoughts.
The third level of self awareness is the one where all the thoughts and actions of every single day are at once. It’s where your actions are. Because when you’re aware of all of the thoughts and actions in your everyday life, you’re able to control them. When you’re in the third level of self awareness, you can choose to use your thoughts to control your actions.
When youre in a certain state of consciousness, your subconscious mind will start to make all of the choices for you. Therefor, you can make decisions and take actions that you would normally never be able to make in this state of self awareness.
When you are in the third level of self awareness, you can make decisions and take actions that you would normally never be able to make in this state of self awareness.
So, you can choose to use your thoughts to decide what you do at a certain moment. And then you can choose what you do in a certain moment. But what you are choosing to do right now depends on how you feel at that moment.
