I’ve been the girl who wears a prom dress to the dance all summer long, so I have an idea of what a lady’s prom dress should look like. I’ve been told by a few girls that if you’re not a “girly” person, you should wear a more feminine dress. With that said, I’ve never been asked to wear a dress to the dance by a girl that I don’t know. So I made this dress.
The dresses that Ive made for the summer just so happen to be very flattering and feminine, so I hope you will too! I hope you can wear it. And if youre not girly, you should probably give it a shot. It might just be the cutest thing ever.
The dresses are made by one of my favorite bloggers, Sassy Girls Pants. I think they are the perfect fit for every girl. I think I should probably make a post about them, but I dont have the time to do that right now.

It’s not as if women are all wearing the same dresses year round. There are countless girls who have prom dresses that might look great on their prom night, but look completely out of place on a day at the office. To be fair though, in my estimation the most common fashion mistakes of high school girls are wearing too tight or too loose.
It’d be really nice if high school girls would look at each other and say, “This isn’t how you do prom.” And then go about their business. There are tons of occasions where girls might want to wear a dress that they feel is “too casual” for that day. I mean, there’s the prom itself, of course. But there’s also prom night, where girls are going to get all dressed up and have people staring at them when they walk down the street.
And if a girl wears a prom suit too tight, she can get a “prom-like” with a backless dress, or a dress that reveals more skin than normal. Or she could actually look like a slut by wearing something that reveals too much of her derriere. It’s possible that some girls might even try to get their boyfriends to stop seeing them at prom if it makes them feel more like a slut.
If you’re looking for the perfect prom-like dress for your date, make a point to wear a dress that’s at least as fancy as her choice, and say “Oh, it looks like I’m going to wear a lot of nice dress”. I’ve never seen such a dress in my life, so I was expecting that.
